Is abortion morally right? Should it be allowed? Abortion is the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first 28 weeks of pregnancy. There is generally two major sides on this topic; for or against.

Therefore, to accept that abortion is morally wrong we need to accept that killing a fetus is an unjust act. First, I will start with the premise that if a person has the right to life, killing a person is morally wrong. Second premise, a fetus is a person since the moment of conception.
